Privacy Policy

DesignHer Life is operated by Vanessa Pisano, based in Australia. This policy explains how I handle personal information when you visit this website, request the free POV Visuals collection, join my email list or contact me.

Information I collect

When you request the free POV Visuals collection, I collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name.

I also keep a record of your signup date, signup source and the consent notice shown when you submitted the form.

If you contact me, I collect the information you include in your message and any contact details needed to respond.

Website infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, access times and error logs to operate and protect the website.

You can browse the public website without joining my email list. An email address is required to request the free collection through the signup form; your first name is optional.

How I use your information

I use your information to:

Marketing emails may include information about my own products and services, as well as offers I recommend as an affiliate, including DWA and Inner Bloom.

Email signup and unsubscribe

The signup form explains that submitting your email adds you to Vanessa Pisano’s email list. The free collection does not require a purchase.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting hi@vanessapisano.com.

Unsubscribe requests will be processed within five working days. You do not need to pay a fee or create an account to unsubscribe.

Unsubscribing stops marketing emails. I may retain a limited record of your email address and unsubscribe request to ensure you are not added back without a new signup.

Service providers

I use service providers to operate the website, store signup information and send emails. They may process personal information as necessary to provide those services.

The website and signup flow use services configured through my Lovable project. The free collection is accessed through Google Drive.

I do not sell or rent my email list. Signing up here does not automatically subscribe you to DWA’s or Inner Bloom’s separate email lists.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect security or establish or defend legal rights.

Overseas processing

Signup information is stored in a database located in Australia (Sydney). The free POV Visuals collection is delivered through Google Drive, and Google may store or process information in the United States or other countries where it operates. This website is hosted through Lovable; where Lovable processes technical information (such as IP addresses and error logs) outside Australia, that processing is governed by Lovable’s own privacy documentation. If I begin sending emails through Lovable’s email service, I will update this policy with its processing locations once confirmed.

External websites and affiliate links

This website links to independently operated services, including DWA, Inner Bloom, POV Visuals and Google Drive.

When you follow a link, the destination’s own privacy policy and terms apply. Affiliate links may include a referral identifier so the destination can attribute a purchase to me.

Information you submit to an external checkout is handled by that service. Do not send payment-card information through the DesignHer Life signup form.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and it does not store anything in your browser for its own purposes. Technical error reports may be sent to my website platform (Lovable) to keep the site running; these do not track your browsing.

Links to DWA, Inner Bloom and POV Visuals include a referral identifier so those services can attribute a purchase to me. Any cookies or tracking on those destination websites are controlled by them and covered by their own privacy policies.

Emails I send record delivery outcomes (for example whether an email bounced or you unsubscribed) but do not track whether you open an email or click a link. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Security and retention

I take reasonable steps to protect personal information through appropriate access controls and the security features of the services I use. No online system can guarantee complete security.

I retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the services described here, manage subscriptions and consent, resolve issues and meet legal obligations.

When information is no longer needed, I take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Limited consent, unsubscribe and legal records may need to be retained.

Access and correction

You can contact hi@vanessapisano.com to request access to your personal information, correct inaccurate details or request deletion.

I may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Where information must be retained, or a request cannot be fulfilled, I will explain the reason where appropriate.

Privacy concerns and complaints

If you have a privacy concern, email hi@vanessapisano.com with enough detail for me to investigate. I will acknowledge your complaint and aim to respond within 30 days.

If the matter remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au to ask whether it can assist.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy when the website, services or information-handling practices change. The current version will appear on this page with its updated date.
